I will be in Lyon at the end of June and can%26#39;t decide between these two hotels. Any advice or opinions would be greatly appreciated!

We are going to be ther next month. We are seriously looking at the La Residence as I have found nothing negative about it in my research.

I am not at all familiar with Grand Hotel des Terreaux but I%26#39;ve stayed at La Residence and it suited my needs just fine, however, it is not fancy at all. I selected it mainly because of the kitchenette since I was in Lyon for 8 days. There are different rates for hotel services such as daily cleaning and bed making than there are for self-catering.
