Paris help - ASAP!

Hi,

I%26#39;m heading to Paris tomorrow %26amp; could do with a few pointers!

What is the best way to get from Beauvais airport to Villa Pantheon 41 Rue des Ecoles?

Can anybody recommend good tours of Paris that will show us the main sights and any evening tours that may include something a bit different?

I would really appreciate you help!

Thank you.

Regards,

Donncha.

The best way from Beauvais is the bus that connects with arriving Ryan Air flights. It costs about 11 euro each way, takes about an hour, and deposits you in a parking lot at Porte Maillot, on the western edge of the center city. From there, I would walk across the street to the hotel Concorde Lafayette and take a taxi to your final destination. The taxi will be about 12-15 euro.

For tours, check the search box that is located just at the top of the topics list. Paris is small enough and there is enough written about the top sites that you really could plan you own tour with a guide book and the internet.

BEAUVAIS SHUTTLE from the airport to its terminus at PORTE MAILLOT (approx 70 mins--fare 13 €), then either TAXI PARISIEN from the regular taxi ranks there across town to your hotel in the 5eme or Metro to MAUBERT-MUTUALITÉ (%26#39;..clunky..%26#39; connections). There is an RER %26#39;C%26#39; ligne connection from the PORTE MAILOT RER station to SAINT MICHEL-NOTRE DAME--%26#39;C%26#39; trains heading in the direction of GARE DE MASSY PALAISEAU (%26#39;M xxx%26#39;) or GARE DE PONT DE RUNGIS (%26#39;R xxx%26#39;) and then walk to the hotel from there. The HÔTEL VILLA PANTHEON is located at 41 rue des Ecoles (between rue des Carmes %26amp; rue de Jean de Beauvais) s few blocks away from the EXITS of the RER portion of the SAINT MICHEL-NOTRE DAME at Petit Pont/quai Saint Michel/quai de Montabello/rue Saint Jacques.

My favorite tours I have taken or ones recommended I am going to take:

L%26#39;Open Bus Tour- Hop on/Hop off bus tour with several routes. YOu can buy tickets in Paris and start tour from any of the stops.

Fat Tire Bike Tours- Very popular day and night tours. Only problem with this is that it is off season and you have to call them to see if they can schedule you in for winter. Of course you will need decent weather too.http://www.fattirebiketoursparis.com/

Seine River cruise- There are many tours to take day or night. I recommend a night cruise. But, this may not offer you an overview of all the sights with narration, but would be good in cnj. with the bus tour.
