Which are the best restaurants on ski slopes at Courchevel 1850?

I will go be at Courchevel for a week at the end February/beginnig ofg March. Do you know if it is necessary to book in advance or just it is possible to walk in (in fact, ski in)? Thank you.

Chalet de Pierres on La Piste de Verdons is probably the best ski restaurant I know. Location, food, wine, view, service...add the traditional knickebocker pants %26amp; suspenders the staff wears...it%26#39;s a great experience! Access on skis but also on foot (telecabine and short walk). Reservations are necessary: www.chaletdepierres.com Another ski in favourite is La Bergerie, on the bellecôte, smaller less crowded but just as elegant. Cap Horn is great too, dj dancing on tables and younger people, like a trendy beachclub set at 2000 metres in the snow. Can%26#39;t wait to go back in March!
