Does anyone know if you can get a train from Paris Charles de Gaulle to Nevers and from Nevers to Magny Cours. I am trying to plan a trip for a friend he is going to the Grand Prix with his son, I already posted in the France section but got no replies. What is Nevers like, can anyone recommend a hotel there.

It seems there is no direct train from CDG to Nevers, you have to take a train at la gare de Lyon (and no TGV only normal trains called corail so it takes between 2 and 2,5 hours to go to Nevers) check on the SNCF website.
Magny Cours is only 15km from Nevers.

As for a hotel I can%26#39;t really help, and there is only one review about a hotel in Nevers on tripadvisor! (there is a Holiday Inn in Magny cours)
There are a few Accor hotels (Ibis, Mercure) a Kyriad and a Balladins which will be fully booked very quickly for sure.
