Cooking Classes in Paris

Am looking for a half to one day cooking class for June in Paris. Prederably in English. Any suggestions with web or e-mail addresses would be appreciated.

I took an amateur cooking class at L%26#39;ecole Ritz-Escoffier last summer. I highly reccomend it, and the food we prepared was delicious, not to mention the recipies and optional cookbook (in french only, 35 euros).

its only 3 days long, about 4-5 hrs each day.
