I am going to Paris for New Year Eve, with my wife. We are from Spain and would need advise of some places to have dinner %26amp; party this New Year Eve (31st December). We have a limited budget and are looking for a romantic and good quality-price place.

Difficult to answer, this one. What%26#39;s your budget (it will be difficult to find something under € 75)? When are you arriving in Paris?

We are arriving in Paris 30 December. Giving the high prices of restaurants in Paris, 75 or 90 Euros per person would be ok (all included). Is it possible to find something nice with this budget?

Otherwise I walked by Les Editeurs, on the Carrefour de l%26#39;Odéon, and they were advertising a € 75 %26quot;réveillon%26quot; (NYE dinner). It%26#39;s a nice place in the middle of the action, with an %26quot;intellectual%26quot; twist!

It also depends where you are staying, knowing that taxis are impossible to get on that night (but 5 or 6 métro lines are operating all night).

Finally we had the dinner of New Years Eve in a great place close to our hotel:

We liked it very much. The price was 47 Euros for a very good menu, drinks excluded.
