Are there any hints, on weather,or clothes for the Carnival February 2006.

Temperature should be around 15 degrees with some sun at noon time and sometimes all day long

I went to Carnival last year. Dropped down to around 32F at night(felt colder along the water). During the day with the sun it was relatively pleasant i.e comfortable sitting in the sun at a cafe with a light to medium weight jacket. Layering is essential. My friend did buy an alpaca wrap for warmth. Most people wore a winter jacket at night.
Be prepared for rain. It snowed the last day we were there however am told it was a very unusual winter.

Last year%26#39;s snow was unusual all over Europe (we had snow in Nice on March 3 and in Venice on March 4...People told me it was happening every 25 years. So we should be all right this year. I f you look at weather these days they are talking about 13 to 15 and we are still in January.
