On my recent trip to Paris, I was amazed to see the traffic stopped in the heart of Paris on both Friday night around midnight and Sunday afternoon. I am still in awe of the sight of hundreds, possibly in the thousands, of rollerbladers overtaking the roads of Paris. Can anyone elaborate on this occurrence? How often does it happen? What exactly is it?

About 4,000 skaters, every Friday. Anyone can skate but you should know what you%26#39;re doing. Sunday is fewer people and more family friendly.
