Does anyone have any info on this hotel? How far to nearest train station? Or bus stop? Was there much to do near hotel?

We may go there to visit disney for 3 days.

Hi, we%26#39;ve stayed at this hotel on 2 occasions in 1998,2000, there is no station in village but there is one at Disney and one at the Val de Europe, there is a shuttle bus to Disney every morning. Chanteloup is a small residential village with the hotel in the middle it has a bakers , a corner shop and a small recreation park but thats all nothing to do at evenings , but to be honest if you just want it for a base it is clean and comfortable and the buffet continental breakfast is fine. We have always took the car so is an ideal base , but if flying or going by eurostar it is about 10/15mins drive to Disney.

This year were going by air and staying at the Holiday inn onsite as their website have some great deals . HOPE THIS HELPS Tizzy

Thanks for your reply. We go to Chanteloupe end of March. It was just the less expensive option for us. we are going by Eurostar. How far is Val de Europe with all its shops etc from the Chanteloupe? How much would it cost in taxi? Did you eat any evening meals at hotel? We are going for 4 days with a 3 day passes. Think we will visit Paris first day as we are there for lunch. Any recommendations? For anything?

Hi, from train station (disney) Chanteloupe is about a 10/15 min journey by car and Val de Europe is about 10 mins away if that from hotel. We stayed at parks until nearly closing the had our evening meal at Disney village where there is plenty choice

also val de europe has a food complex which is open till 11.30pm,fom french cuisine , chinese restaurant, fish, burger bars, something on the lines of Frankie and Bennys but all child friendly and good kids menus. We never had an evening meal at the hotel but when we had a drink at the bar the meals always looked nice. Chanteloupe has a good patteserie on the corner of the street and its great for snacks and drinks if you want to take them back to your room. Like i said before its a great base you shouldn%26#39;t be disapointed it is clean and comfortable and theres a shuttle bus to Disney everyday. Taxis should probably cost on average about 10 euros maybe a bit more. We went to Paris both times and got the train into the centr and used the metro all in all it was a good break ENJOY IT TIZZY

Thanks very much for your info. I have been told that a hotdog is 9 euros in Disney, crikey! I should think we could get a taxi to Val de Europe Ibet it doesnt cost that much from hotel? Did you drive down to Ashford? We are in Nottingham so are allowing 3 hours for the journey. I ready something on hotel where they were dissapointed in it saying room smelt of cigarettes and was sticky everywhere, its worried me! That was 2004. Oh well, we will only be sleeping there mainly and a few drinks at night no doubt!!!!! I know my little girl is gonna love it!

Don%26#39;t stay there. They are very rude. The rooms are very small, and you can%26#39;t take food or drinks into the room. They also stay to irons. We can%26#39;t figure that one out. Maybe if you have an iron and they make you mad, you can them wack them over the head!!! They are not near a large train station. Just go down the road to bussey st george. Lots of hotels food etc. Also their rate for dollars to Euros is 55 cents to the dollar. They just love to ripe you a new one. They show a hot tub, but that that%26#39;s 20 Euro extra.
