Train to Charles de Gaulle Airport (TGV)

Practical advise needed, please. Trying to organize a trip which will probably involve taking a TGV from Aix-en-Provence to CDG. Need to know how easy/hard/frustrating/far/time-consumming it is to get from CDG TGV station to check in desk for Delta in Terminal 2. Thanks in advance........

If you do a search on these posts for %26quot;CDG TVG%26quot; you will find a gazillion posts with detailed information, including it%26#39;s location/distance, etc.

TGV is in Terminal 2 and so are the Delta gates... you might have to walk down the halls for 10-20 minutes, depending on which gates...We came in on Continental which is T-2A, the farthest end from TGV station and our walking took about 15-20 minutes within the Terminal.

What good info, thanks. We would arrive CDG/TGV station about 11:20 am and need to get checked in for a Delta 1:20 pm flight. Any problems with this plan? Thanks again.

The SNCF/TGV/RER train station is directly attached to CDG #2--it is situated between CDG #2-A %26amp; B and #2-E %26amp; F. DELTA AIRLINES flights depart from CDG #2-E...BUT...Delta is a %26#39;Sky Team%26#39; partner airline of AIR FRANCE and some of their flights may be operated as %26#39;code shares%26#39; by AIR FRANCE, which operates out of CDG #2-C, E %26amp; F. So with this in mind re-check your flight arrangements and the specific CDG #2 termianl your particular flight will depart from.

Getting from the SNCF/TGV train station to any of these terminal buildings is as simple as turning in the right direction and following the signage and you will bump right into it. Assuming you turn in the right direction, you should be at the end-of-the-line for the check-in desk for your flight in 5-10 minutes from the time you leave the train.

Do not dawdle nor dally on the way to your Delta gate, as they may have similar rule as our Continental flight, in that they would not %26#39;process%26#39; anyone with less than one hour before departure.
