First Time Visit

My husband and I are going to Paris for the first time. We%26#39;re in our late 20s, any suggestions on where to stay? We%26#39;ll be doing a lot of the toursity things, but we%26#39;d like to experience the local life too.

Locals live all over and throughout Paris, even the %26#39;touristy%26#39; areas. To experience what locals do - do what you would do at home: movies, shopping, eating out, sitting at a cafe reading or talking or thinking, skating...etc.

You might take a look at the 5th and

6th arrondisements. They tend to be

the places where things are happening.

I agree, these areas are probably the best to stay, and even more if it is your first visit in Paris! In the 6th, there are a lot of nice hotels...It also depends on your budget? If you precise it, I may be help you better!

The closer to the Seine, the better.
